Will also reduce archer effectiveness when they are fighting solo (mobs will hit them much more often with less knockback). Should make fighting swarms of archers a lot easier. FIX - fix using 'use research' setting from config.lightly enchanted tools requires a single enchantment book of any type. CHANGE - highly enchanted tools now requires 2 enchantment books, of any type.
